HR NETwork will conduct a virtual comprehensive assessment and audit of your corporate files, policies and practices, reviewing all areas of HR compliance required of employers including: employee file set up, compliance and maintenance; procedures and policies for employee issues; affirmative action plan; safety plan; wage and hour compliance; hiring and termination practices; payroll procedure; required postings; etc…. After the audit, you will receive a full report highlighting areas of concern regarding compliance issues with an analysis and recommendations, as well as a timeline of proposed changes.

Step 3: An HR Compliance Assessment will be prepared specific to your Company – based on size and industry.

Step 4: A review meeting will be held with the Owner(s) and key stakeholders to review all areas of HR. The report will include areas of concern, identification of potential risks and liabilities, as well as recommendations for corrective actions to be taken, and suggestions for organizational enhancements to take your business to the next level.
