Our extensive program was developed from best practices, specifically for the newly hired or promoted supervisor/manager. Participants learn the skills needed for successfully running a workforce, including human resources compliance, communications and work styles, team and individual performance/development, conflict management.

Using case studies & exercises, participants will analyze methods to effectively build rapport and establish productive working relationships. Foundational skills such as utilizing participative management styles, building organizational commitment, defining & understanding organizational culture, and developing interpersonal skills will be introduced/explained/implemented through interactive coaching, and effective leadership, trainings and group activities.
