San Fransisco Sick Leave Effective February 5, 2007
Employers with full-time, part-time or temporary employees who work in San Francisco must provide paid sick leave beginning February 5, 2007 for current employees and 90 calendar days after hire for employees hired after that date. A copy of the "Paid Sick Leave Ordinance" must also be posted in a location where employees will see it.

- Learn the requirements of this program under the new regulation (identified in the poster)
- Post a copy of the required poster on your employee bulletin board
- Prepare an amendment to your Employee Handbook
